PRECISION GUITAR REPAIR ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer should note that by initiating repair service of their Item(s) with PRECISION GUITAR REPAIR, they agree to PGR's terms of service and any fees incurred. These terms may change from time to time without notice.

The $50 deposit covers diagnostic time and written estimates, refunds available at the discretion of the tech *only*. All service repair orders are invoiced on date of completion. Customer will be notified via email or phone call at time of invoicing. Invoices must be paid in advance, on collection of Item(s) or as otherwise directed by us and we reserve the right to retain your Item(s) until payment in full is received.

Due to limited storage space, items not picked up ten (10) days past the invoice date are subject to a daily storage fee for each day past the 10 day limit. The fee for items measuring larger than one cubic ft (generic guitar case or gig bag) is $10 per day.
In the event that item is not collected within ninety (90) days we reserve the right to dispose of it as we see fit and shall not be held liable for any loss that you may suffer in such an event. The buyer forfeits the item and any payments made when the fees reach the sale price of the NYC item or at ninety (90) days, whichever comes first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Items are subject to be put up for sale upon forfeiture. If you think you may have reason for delayed pickup, contact us in advance to discuss arrangements.
